Founding Partners
Amy & Richie Pearlstone
Richie and Amy are prominent leaders in global Jewish philanthropy and the business sector, based in Baltimore. Richie is a seasoned businessman, serving as the Chairman and CEO of the Pearlstone Group, and previously held senior national leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board of Governors of The Jewish Agency. Amy is a leading trustee and advocate for arts and education, notably at the Baltimore Museum of Art, where she initiated the innovative “Guarding the Art” project. Together, they lead the Pearlstone Family Fund, driving significant initiatives in environmental education, social welfare, and Jewish continuity worldwide.
Zalman & Kena Shoval
Zalman and Kena are among Israel’s most respected couples, serving as the controlling shareholders of the Bank of Jerusalem. Zalman is a veteran Israeli diplomat and statesman who served twice as Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, played a key role in historic international peace conferences, and served as a Member of the Knesset. Kena, a prominent figure in Israeli society, comes from the pioneering Meir family, creators of the historic Shalom Meir Tower. Together, they are leading pillars of Israeli philanthropy, deeply committed to national public service and extensively supporting major cultural, welfare, and academic institutions across Israel.

Guy Katsovich Co-founder, Fusion
Guy assists Israeli companies with meeting US investors and executives. He is a Board Member and former Managing Director of 8200 EISP, and the Founder and Board Member of Hybrid, an accelerator for Arab, Druze, and Bedouin entrepreneurs. He also founded “The Social Program” impact accelerator and was named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list.
Noa Aviram Co-Chairwoman, Aviram Foundation
Noa is the Co-Chairwoman of the Aviram Foundation, a strategic philanthropic family foundation. Since October 7th, the foundation operates the “Shavim” program to assist reserve soldiers. She is also a founding team and board member of “Beit Al Hayam”. Noa holds a degree in Social Business Management, is married to a reservist, and has two daughters.
Amir Zilberstein Managing Partner, Team8
Amir is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Claroty and a pioneer in OT security. He previously co-founded Waterfall Security Solutions and Gita Technologies, and led a research and development team in an elite IDF cyber unit. Amir holds over ten cybersecurity patents and completed his BSc and MSc with honors at Bar-Ilan University.
Maya Lapid Edut CEO, NextGen Philanthropic Funds
Maya is the Founding CEO of NextGen Philanthropic Funds for high-tech founders. Previously, she managed the “Committed to Give” initiative, co-initiated “Keshet”, and led organizational development at Beit Hatfutsot (Museum of the Jewish People). She also managed Maccabi World Union’s North America desk and served as a Jewish Agency emissary.
